• You must create a strong, unique password for your www299 account. You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Deposited funds are used for wagering only. www299 does not pay interest on player balances.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard processing time is 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals will only be processed after your identity has been fully verified in accordance with our KYC procedures.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed in full before a withdrawal can be approved.

4.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

www299 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating play with other accounts, placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit from a bonus, and using third-party software to exploit promotional mechanics. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be permanently suspended, and all balances, including real-money funds, may be voided at www299's discretion.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and virtual sports markets available on www299, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and all other sports listed on the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. www299 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a placed bet except in circumstances where a bet was accepted in clear error.
• www299 reserves the right to suspend a market, void a bet, or restrict maximum stake amounts at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds (a "palpable error"), www299 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds and re-settle at the correct price. Players will be notified of any such correction.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to available liquidity. www299 is not liable for delays in bet acceptance caused by internet latency on the player's side.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players, employees, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing account restrictions or self-exclusions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain funds or advantages not intended by www299. Any gains obtained through exploitation must be returned, and the account may be suspended.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering based on non-public information.
• Sharing, transferring, or selling your account or login credentials to another person.
